Job summary

VT Industries, Inc. in Neenah, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Machinist for open interviews every Tuesday. You will operate an automated CNC machine, set up tooling, monitor runs, and ensure quality with basic measurement tools.

The role requires teamwork, problem solving, and attention to safety. Starting pay is $21.39/hr with a $1.25 shift premium for 2nd/3rd shifts and a guaranteed $22.99/hr at 90 days. Multiple shifts are available, with overtime to meet deadlines and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC equipment to cut and shape materials.
• Ability to perform quality checks using calipers and rulers.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an automated CNC machine to cut/shape materials.
• Set up machine and load correct tooling; secure material on bed.
• Start machine and monitor the process; adjust feed and speed.
• Conduct quality checks with calipers and tape measure; make adjustments.
• Diagnose issues and provide timely solutions; communicate with coworkers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area per OSHA standards.

Open Interviews - Every Tuesday 11am - 6pm - 164 N Lake Street, Neenah - Main Office - July Through end of August.

What will you do?

• Taking ownership of an automated CNC machine that will cut/shape materials
• Machine setup/load correct tooling, secure material onto machine bed
• Start Machine and Monitor the process
• Adjust feed and speed
• Quality checks using calipers, rulers and tape measure
• Make small adjustments
• Solve problems by diagnosing issues
• Communicate effectively with coworkers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area ensuring with OSHA standards.
