Job summary

Good's Millwork in Versailles, MO is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our Door Line team. This full-time position offers on-the-job training and a path to learn skilled woodworking and manufacturing processes with an experienced team.

As part of a hands-on environment, you will operate woodworking equipment, assist across production tasks, and support quality standards to deliver high-quality custom products. This role is on-site at 17717 Highway K, Versailles, MO 65084.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Manufacturing, woodworking, or construction experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to safely perform physical work, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials as needed.

• Learn to optimize lumber and maximize quality and yield from each board.
• Glue up wood door components according to production specifications.
• Operate woodworking equipment, including shapers, planers, and CNC machines.
• Assist with various production tasks throughout the door manufacturing process.
• Rotate between workstations as needed to support production goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow quality standards to ensure finished products meet customer expectations.
