We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Machine Technician to support 2nd shift operations. This role is responsible for optimizing machining processes, launching new products, and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong CNC, tooling, and Lean Manufacturing experience are essential.

Pau Rate: $22/hr.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Hours: 3 PM - 11 PM Monday through Friday

Location: Pierceton, IN

Key Responsibilities

• Support machining cells and maintain continuous production flow
• Troubleshoot CNC, robotic, and automation equipment
• Develop and document machining processes and layouts
• Lead capital and tooling projects to meet ROI goals
• Manage product launches and support existing job performance
• Drive preventative maintenance and Lean initiatives
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Provide guidance to cross-shift operations and technical staff
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 5+ years of relevant CNC/machining experience
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, process design, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD software, and manufacturing systems
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and manage multiple priorities
  
  

Physical & Work Environment

• Standing, occasional walking, lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Exposure to machinery, moderate noise, heat, and airborne particles
