About The Role

Die Cast Process Technician – 3rd Shift

Location: Warsaw, IN

Pay: $22/hour

About The Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Die Cast Process Technician to join the team of a leading area employer. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure smooth manufacturing processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, support production teams, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain stable manufacturing processes within established parameters and work instructions.
• Support production with setup, startup, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Operate and optimize Fanuc robots and associated equipment like sprayers and proportioners.
• Perform regular audits and process checks, ensuring continuous process control and compliance.
• Document corrective actions and maintain all required QS process control records.
• Conduct PMs on robots, sprayers, grippers, filters, and other related equipment.
• Adjust spray patterns and verify lube levels and concentrations.
• Uphold safety and 5S standards and support all safety initiatives.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in die casting
• Strong mechanical aptitude with familiarity with automated processes
• Strong safety focus and willingness to follow safety protocols.
• Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Fork Truck and NADCA Safe Die Clamping certifications a plus
