Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator for the 3rd shift in Sturgis, MI. You will operate and monitor processing lines, maintain CIP HTST/UHT systems, and complete GMP-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blending/processing lines ensuring product quality.

• Assist with receiving, weighing and ingredient additions per SOPs.
• Operate forklift and support safe material handling.
• Contribute to achieving high efficiency with minimal waste while maintaining safety.

The shift and hours are 11:30pm - 8:00am.

• The department will accomplish this objective in accordance with GMP, SMP and safety requirements with minimum product/ingredient loss through efficient use and maximum utilization of manpower assigned
• The position requires a high degree of attention to detail and an ability to think critically
• You'll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
