Qualifications

• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk/bend during shift.
• Must be dependable with good attendance and willingness to OT.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Inspect products for quality and production specifications.
• Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to support efficient production.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
