Job summary

International Wire Group, a Pantheon Electric company, is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator in Inman, SC. The role involves producing high‑quality copper wire products and supporting safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic math skills required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend and work through the shift.

Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
Inspect products to ensure quality and production specifications.
Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
Communicate with supervisors and team members to support production.
Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Safely handle raw materials and finished products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety policies and quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
