Operators will set up, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment, inspect outputs, and record data. The role offers $28.00–$30.00 per hour with overtime after 40 hours and annual wage increases, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand during shift.
• Willing to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Inspect products for quality and production specifications.
• Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to support production.
• Identify safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
