Qualifications

We are seeking Manufacturing Machine Operators for our Camden, NY plant to help produce high‑quality copper wire products while supporting safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
• Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
• Record production and quality data using computerized systems.

• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Available Shifts

First Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Compensation

• $28.00 – $30.00 per hour.
• Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate after 40 hours worked.
• Annual performance‑based wage increases.
