Aventure Staffing is looking for a Manufacturing Machine Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Sheldon, IA. This full-time role offers starting pay between $21.45 and $22.45/hr and includes paid holidays, PTO, and access to medical coverage. What you'll do:

• Check parts during and after production to make sure they meet quality standards
• Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent helpful, but we welcome all dependable candidates.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift 50lbs individually, and up to 100lbs as a team, throughout the shift.
