Aventure Staffing is looking for a Manufacturing Machine Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Sheldon, IA. This full-time role offers starting pay between $21.45 and $22.45/hr and includes paid holidays, PTO, and access to medical coverage. Responsibilities include operating machines, checking quality standards, and setting up tools. The ideal candidate should be attentive to detail and able to lift up to 100lbs as a team. Training is provided in Spanish, no English required.
