Machine Operator

$20.00/hr + DOE

Mon-Fri 6a-4p or 7a-5p; Double-Time on Sundays and Holidays

Are you a safety-oriented Machine Operator who strives on attention to detail and producing quality products? If so, this position is for you! A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for making products that connect farmers to fields, keep diesel engines running cool, and trains running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Operating primary and secondary CNC machines, including Fanuc, Haas, Mitsubishi, and Allen Bradley Controls.
• Accurate data and record keeping as required.
• Perform regular machine setups with instructions, as well as proper maintenance of equipment and tooling.
• Perform tool and insert changes and settings as required.
• Responsible for safety, quality, efficiency, and housekeeping at work stations and machines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 70lbs., 20/20 vision.
• Ability to understand and perform safe machine operations/work instructions.
• Ability to perform quality control procedures and complete paperwork as required.
• Ability to read and apply machine setup instructions and carryout steps as required.
• Capable of counting and recording data for timecards, shop orders, etc. as required.
• Available for and willingness to work shift hours as assigned.
