Kelly Services in Baxter Springs, KS is seeking a Machine Operator Assistant to support daily production on 12-hour overnight shifts (Sun-Thurs, 11 PM to 7 AM), with every other Saturday included. Pay rate is $18.91 per hour.

This role offers on-the-job training and potential advancement within a premier manufacturing environment. You will assist machine operators, safely operate equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while following all safety

Shift: Sun-Thurs, 11 PM to 7 AM, 12-hour overnight shifts, including every other Saturday

• Assisting machine operators with daily production tasks
• Safely operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment
• Performing basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures

• Have steel-toe boots (required)
• Possess previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and a strong, consistent work history
• Are able to work 12-hour overnight shifts, including every other Saturday
