Role Description

HEN is currently seeking a Manufacturing Logistics Technician to contribute to the rapid expansion of our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll be instrumental in manufacturing advanced fire fighting equipment essential for first responders tackling modern structural and wildfire scenarios. Your duties will include inbound material processing, delivering material to the production line, and order fulfillment. You will be a key contributor to the Production Mangement team, helping HEN to rapidly process material into final assemblies and order fulfillment. You will get knowledge in how to assemble, test products within the HEN portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be able to master existing processes while proactively exploring new approaches to improve build throughput, order fulfillment, inventory management, and process optimization. This position presents an exciting opportunity to refine your technical expertise and contribute to the advancement of groundbreaking technology.

What you'll do:

• Utilize MRP, Shipstation, and Excel to process various daily activities
• Inventory inbound Supplier material
• Execute scheduled inventory audits
• Fulfill Material Order for the production line
• Screen inbound material for defects and fill Quality Defect Reports
• Use and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order fulfillment
• Help manage parts and consumable inventories
• Maintain warehouse conditions to ensure cleanliness and productivity for the team.
  
  
  

What you'll bring:

• Experience scaling up warehouse inventory management
• Familiarity with lean concepts.
• Aptitude for hands-on, high quality, and detail oriented work.
• Strong sense of patience and safety in a fast paced environment.
• Written and oral communication skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and organizational software (WIX, Shipstation, and MRPEasy as well as Microsoft Office).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
