Bodycote in Camas, WA is seeking a safety-sensitive team member to perform essential duties under close supervision and to handle customer parts with care. Position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, maintaining housekeeping, and reporting irregularities. The role requires ability to multitask and work 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with potential overtime and benefits including medical, 401(k), PTO, and a $1,500 sign-on

• This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements; therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holder.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• May be required to work overtime or any shifts, including weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be able to muti-task.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Crane and Forklift experience preferred.
• Must be able to work 1st shift; Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Summary: Performs essential job functions as directed under close supervision.

• Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time in an industrial environment

• May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, and humidity, etc.
• Must have the cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions

Pay & Benefits Information

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. Starting pay is determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with state and federal law.

This role is eligible for additional compensation, including shift differential, etc., if applicable.
Benefits include employee and family medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage; company paid life and disability; HSA/FSA options; 401(k) with company match; paid time off and paid holidays; and an Employee Assistance Program. Benefits eligibility begins on day 61 of employment.

This position is eligible for a $1,500 sign-on retention bonus!
