  • Measure and weigh raw materials according to Manufacturing Batch Records.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor gummy production equipment.
  • Inspect gummies for quality and ensure products meet specifications.
  • Complete manufacturing documentation and logbooks.
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas.

Now hiring for a Manufacturing Line Operator
Location: Orange, CA
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.50 per hour
Schedules Available:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Some manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience in food manufacturing, nutraceutical manufacturing, or similar production environments is a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculations
  • Ability to follow written instructions, batch records, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Job Duties
  • Measure and weigh raw materials according to Manufacturing Batch Records (MBR)
  • Set up, operate, and monitor gummy production equipment, including kettles, depositors, and cooling tunnels
  • Add and mix ingredients while maintaining proper process flow
  • Monitor cooking processes and perform pH and brix measurements
  • Inspect gummies for quality and ensure products meet specifications
  • Spread finished product onto drying trays
  • Complete manufacturing documentation, logbooks, labeling records, and batch records
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas
  • Operate and maintain tray washing equipment
  • Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to supervisorsFollow GMP, SOP, safety, and quality standards at all times
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand for up to 90% of the shift
  • Ability to lift 20-30 pounds regularly
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

As a Manufacturing Line Operator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
