Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will operate manufacturing equipment, maintain product quality standards, and help ensure safe and efficient production operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment
• Remove, move, and stage materials to maintain production flow
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments
• Clean equipment and work areas throughout and at the end of each shift
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift and carry 20–45 lbs repeatedly throughout 10–12 hour shifts
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Experience with high-speed production equipment is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
