Job summary

The role emphasizes 3-5 years of leadership in manufacturing or logistics, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; you will drive quality and 5S compliance and coach colleagues to meet hourly production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required;
• 3–5 years manufacturing/logistics leadership experience;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ambition and drive to grow and develop;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Proficient with computer software including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to team members on new and existing SOPs;
• Able to perform all line positions and work as a production team member when needed;
• Arrange overtime, organize call-out coverage, and line scheduling;
• Ensure workstations meet Safety and 5S requirements;
• Conduct audits and lead rapid problem solving; stop line if abnormalities are found;
• Coach and develop team members;
• Monitor compliance to Production Basics and meet hourly production rates; escalate if behind;
• Identify defective products, limit production loss, and perform first-level repairs.
