Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Team Leader to manage day-to-day execution on a manufacturing line in New Jersey. You will coordinate people, materials, and resources, acting as the shift quarterback to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient performance.

You will lead a team of 7–8 members, drive Daily Direction Setting, and push continuous improvement while maintaining strong input from the line. This hands-on leadership role offers a clear growth path within PepsiCo’s operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in manufacturing or production.
• 1+ year in a lead/operator role.
• Experience with safety, quality, and process standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary coordinate for the line during shift.
• Set the pace and priorities for the line.
• Monitor line performance to meet targets.
• Lead DDS meetings and address top issues.
• Ensure input from team is represented.
• Support safe, quality-focused and disciplined execution.
