Carolina Beverage Group, LLC is seeking a Blending Technician at our Fort Worth, TX facility. You will batch products per customer formulas, sanitize equipment, and maintain accurate batch records to ensure continuous production.
The role requires attention to detail, ability to handle physical tasks, and commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced beverage co-packing environment.

Blending Technicians work in the “kitchen of the plant” batching product according to written procedures and customer formulas. They clean and sanitize equipment, mix batches, drive a forklift, maintain documentation, properly allocate inventory to batches, routinely complete master sanitation tasks, and uphold the highest of quality standards while ensuring the facility’s production lines always have product available for packaging.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work in wet, humid, or outdoor conditions. The employee is also exposed to varying temperatures extremes including heat and cold as the weather varies. The employee is occasionally exposed to work on elevated platforms, with fumes or airborne particles, or with toxic or caustic chemicals. This employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and exposed to vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
