Step into a role that challenges you and rewards you with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
A day in the life
You arrive on the production floor at 6:45 (AM or PM), check the schedule, review your work orders, and complete a quick safety walk. You set up equipment to specification, verify materials, and begin running product. Throughout the shift, you visually and mechanically inspect output against standards, adjust settings, and log key data for traceability. You’ll load and unload equipment, keep your area clean, and communicate with your High Performing Team to hit goals while supporting the "Zero and Beyond" safety initiative. Before handoff, you document results, perform changeovers as needed, and collaborate with your supervisor and HSE Manager on any hazards you’ve identified.
