Job summary

Prysmian USA is hiring for a 12‑hour shift role on our Jackson, TN production floor. You will set up equipment to spec, run and inspect products, and log data for traceability while following our Zero and Beyond safety initiative.

You set up equipment to specification, verify materials, and begin running product. Throughout the shift, you visually and mechanically inspect output against standards, adjust settings, and log key data for traceability. You’ll load and unload equipment, keep your area clean, and communicate with your High Performing Team to hit goals while supporting the \"Zero and Beyond\" safety initiative.
