Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Prior management experience.
- Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting of plant equipment.
- Experience on manufacturing floor; not an office-led role.
- Ability to travel occasionally for site visits.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and perform repairs, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
- Review open job orders to determine work priorities.
- Direct preventative maintenance activities and updates program requirements.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs with maintenance personnel.
- Plan, develop, and implement new methods to improve operations and minimize costs.
- Inspect operating machines for conformance with standards.
- Direct training and work instructions for workers to improve performance.
- Coordinate with management and quality to resolve maintenance problems and optimize life of equipment.
