You will analyze data to raise safety and availability metrics, lead RCA teams and implement CAPAs, and manage condition monitoring and predictive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with equipment availability metrics and structured problem-solving methods.
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select and order equipment for cost-effective manufacturing.
• Oversee installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of equipment.
• Lead RCA teams and implement CAPAs.
• Implement condition monitoring and predictive/preventative maintenance.
• Create and maintain preventive/reactive maintenance procedures.
