Responsibilities

• Lead identification and elimination of losses, design and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, improve OEE, and enhance product quality using data analytics.
• Lead development of web-processing and equipment solutions, champion 3D modeling and mechatronics, and drive optimization of packaging lines.
• Lead design, development, and implementation of automation, control networks, robotics, and industrial software solutions.
• Lead capital projects from concept to handoff, managing scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Drive HS&E and Quality standards, coach teams, and lead adoption of digital solutions, robotics, and control systems.
