Husky Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Manager in Milton, Vermont. You will lead a high-performing manufacturing team, drive safety, quality, and cost objectives, and build leadership capability across shifts. This role emphasizes coaching, employee engagement, and continuous improvement in a 24/7 operation.

You will develop talent, manage performance, and ensure customer delivery commitments while shaping the manufacturing strategy for near-term and long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years manufacturing experience with increasing responsibility.
• 7+ years of leadership experience.
• Willing to support multiple shifts.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and coordinators.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement culture.
• Develop talent and succession planning within the org.
• Establish clear goals aligned with safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coach problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Communicate priorities and strategies across the team.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and TIPS initiatives.
• Ensure 24/7 production support and on-time customer delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
