Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-tech electromechanical manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and NPI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient production of high-quality products.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to reduce costs and improve throughput.
• Provide leadership across supervisors and production personnel; foster accountability and safety.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and EHS to meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Oversee capacity planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet customer commitments.
