Clark Pacific is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality processes across manufacturing and QA teams, driving improvements that meet reliability and performance standards.

Responsibilities include developing specs, supervising QA staff, and ensuring documentation and testing uphold quality goals. A Bachelor's in a science or business field and 5+ years in quality management are required; AC I certification and concrete mix design experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or business-related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• ACI certification (Levels I & II) preferred; concrete mix design experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Drive quality processes and improve production methods.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Develop and improve specifications, procedures, and quality standards.
• Manage inspection and testing of materials, parts, and finished products.
• Supervise quality personnel and guide cross-functional teams.
• Maintain documentation and perform statistical analysis for quality initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
• Oversee product development procedures and resolve deviations from standards.
