Job summary

Adare Pharma Solutions in Vandalia, Ohio, is seeking a Manufacturing Lead Technician to serve as the senior technical resource for day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, compliant batch execution and continuous improvement.

You will train and qualify new hires, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology transfer and new product introductions while maintaining data integrity and cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to interpret Batch Manufacturing Records and SOPs.
• Ability to mentor and train manufacturing personnel.
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations including dispensing, granulation, compression, encapsulation.
• Train and qualify new employees and mentor staff.
• Support manufacturing investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with RDF, MS&T, Engineering, QA and Validation during tech transfers.
