Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to oversee all manufacturing operations and collaborate with engineers on set-up, calibration, rework, and quality testing of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.

You will use data-driven methods to monitor processes and drive on-line adjustments, while helping develop procedures to improve manufacturing performance in partnership with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Lead responsibilities include overseeing all manufacturing operations, working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, and performing rework and quality testing of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.
• Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment.
• Partners with engineers to develop methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process and to conduct experiments.
