Lean Manufacturing: Implements manufacturing process improvements, identifies opportunities for cost reduction, lead-time reduction, inventory reduction and quality improvement. Evaluates current machinery and layout and recommends improvements that enhance productivity and safety. As a Lean Manufacturing Specialist II, you will drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across our manufacturing operations in Fremont and globally. You will implement manufacturing process improvements, identify opportunities for cost reduction, lead-time reduction, inventory reduction, and quality improvement. Additionally, you will evaluate current machinery and facility layout, recommending enhancements to improve productivity and safety. You will report directly to the Manager of Manufacturing Operations.
