Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk (Admin) to accurately pick products, maintain shipment records, and ensure 100% order accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proficiency in Windows NT, Word, Excel, and email, with strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Forklift/hand-truck use and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows NT, Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
• Must be able to effectively work within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• May lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to reach and bend.
• Ability use hand-truck, pallet jack and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick product based on part number and quantities on assigned pick lists.
• Maintain records of merchandise shipped.
• Report discrepancies accurately.
• Meet and maintain departmental productivity standards.
• Ensure housekeeping is a daily priority.
• Verify products to reduce errors while picking/cycle counting/put away/receiving product properly to meet 100% customer satisfaction.
• Work in a safe manner. Be conscientious at all times, of safety on the job, by adhering to the established health and safety measures and practices of the company.
• Report workplace hazards and any violations to the employer.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
