Job summary

IDEC Elevator Products in New York offers a manufacturing laborer role where you will assemble materials to specs, use hand and power tools, and support daily shop and warehouse tasks. The team values precision, reliability, and teamwork in a growing manufacturing environment.

You will read tape measurements, lift and move materials, and contribute to shipping and receiving efforts, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. English or Spanish fluency is welcome.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble materials according to specifications with accuracy.
• Use hand and power tools safely to complete tasks.
• Measure and cut materials with tape measures; precision matters.
• Assist the Shop Supervisor with daily warehouse and production tasks.
• Wrap and move pallets, unload trucks, check and distribute incoming materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and warehouse space.
• Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.

Position: Manufacturing Laborer

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble materials according to specifications with a focus on accuracy and detail.
