eVAC Magnetics is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist in Sumter, SC. This role involves designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs that enhance safety and operational performance in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System, conducting training sessions, and ensuring continuous improvement in training processes. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in instructional design, including assessing training needs.
Experience applying adult learning principles, models, and best practices.
Responsibilities
Assess organizational training needs in partnership with leadership.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with business objectives.
Create instructional materials including facilitator guides and assessments.
Manage the organization’s LMS to track employee progress and reporting.
Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and workshops.
