Job summary

eVAC Magnetics is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist in Sumter, SC. This role involves designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs that enhance safety and operational performance in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System, conducting training sessions, and ensuring continuous improvement in training processes. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in instructional design, including assessing training needs.
• Experience applying adult learning principles, models, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational training needs in partnership with leadership.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with business objectives.
• Create instructional materials including facilitator guides and assessments.
• Manage the organization’s LMS to track employee progress and reporting.
• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and workshops.
