Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Generalist, Manufacturing Learning Business Partner (West Hershey) to design and deliver modern digital training assets. You will connect plant priorities with Lean Manufacturing COE, strengthening learning and development capabilities across the site.

As an on-site role, you will lead the implementation of TWI-based programs and the Augmentir platform, collaborating with stakeholders to improve performance and training effectiveness within a manufacturing

Qualifications

3+ years of instructional design, learning & development, performance consulting or related field

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement learning programs using Training Within Industry (TWI) methodologies
Lead the West Hershey Skills implementation within the Augmentir Connected Worker platform
Apply change management and performance consulting to improve efficiencies and employee experience
Create engaging digital training content including video, photography, eLearning, and work instructions
Support plant Learning and Development Pillar and drive pillar maturity
Work independently, adhering to the plant handbook, policies, procedures, and site rules
