Job summary

Blue Diamond Growers is seeking a Manufacturing Learning & Development Business Partner to lead site training and development programs, building workforce capability and driving operational excellence in a manufacturing setting.

The role partners with site leadership and cross-functional teams to implement training initiatives that align with safety, quality, service, productivity, and talent development goals, while maintaining training systems and compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or eight years of training/learning & development experience in manufacturing or operational fields.
• Five years of training/learning experience in manufacturing, industrial, operational, or related fields as a learning & development practitioner.
• Two years of leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, operational, or related field.
• Experience facilitating training with effective communication and feedback.
• Experience coordinating learning activities within an enterprise LMS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead design and governance of enterprise training programs across sites and functions.
• Oversee training analytics, compliance reporting, and performance metrics.
