100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Janitorial Technician in Colorado Springs to maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility.

You will clean production areas, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas to support a safe work environment and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include removing debris, sanitizing spaces, replenishing supplies, and safely using cleaning equipment and SDS-compliant products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous janitorial or manufacturing cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize breakrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum production floors and walkways.
• Remove metal shavings, dust, debris, cardboard, and trash from production areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
• Clean around CNC machines and fabrication equipment (does not perform machine maintenance).
• Maintain clean aisles, emergency exits, and work areas.
• Replenish restroom and breakroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with company procedures and SDS.
• Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, spills, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain janitorial supply inventory and keep cleaning equipment in good working condition.
• Assist with general housekeeping projects as assigned.
