Job summary

Hankook Tire Co. is seeking an IT System Technician to ensure operational excellence of the Manufacturing IT System, install, maintain, and repair hardware and software, and provide user support to resolve IT issues.

The role requires good English communication and a customer-oriented, composed approach to meet demanding production needs. The candidate will perform routine system maintenance, manage network connectivity, and document repairs with daily reporting, while collaborating with the IT

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year of IT help desk/tech experience preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, including OS, applications, and network devices.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues with prompt resolution.
Conduct routine maintenance and updates to keep systems current.
Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related queries.
Manage LAN/WAN connectivity and security measures.
Maintain records of repairs and issues with daily reporting.
Verify functionality of components through daily checks.
Follow safety SOPs and collaborate with team members.
