Job summary

The Bolton Group is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support both plant floor and office systems in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate brings 3–6+ years of infrastructure and applications experience with strong network, Windows Server, SQL, ERP support, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities include maintaining IT hardware, evaluating new tech, and acting as the IT helpdesk for plant and office users to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years IT experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience with network protocols and device management.
• Windows Server, Exchange, and SQL Server administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day IT hardware and software in plant and office.
• Evaluate new hardware, software and systems while enforcing company standards.
• Serve as IT helpdesk for plant and office users.
