Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support manufacturing, warehouse, and office operations. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or a related IT role.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of: Microsoft 365 Administration, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, and PowerShell.
  • Experience administering Fortinet Firewalls, Ubiquiti Networking, Action1, SentinelOne, Halo ITSM, PRTG Network Monitor, RingCentral, Portnox NAC.
  • Experience supporting enterprise networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, wireless networking, and firewall technologies.
  • Experience administering endpoint management and security platforms.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple support requests while maintaining production system availability.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 10% during peak times.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and user identity management.
  • Manage endpoint deployment, configuration, patching, security, and compliance using Intune and related tools.
  • Maintain Windows OS, Group Policy, endpoint security, and PowerShell automation.
  • Configure network infrastructure including Fortinet firewalls, Ubiquiti equipment, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
  • Support server infrastructure, cloud services, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Support ERP, WMS, PIM, manufacturing and warehouse technologies and devices.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and conference room tech; provide end-user support.
  • Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, networking, and business apps; document in ticketing system.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, standards, and procedures; assist with upgrades and modernization projects.
