Job summary
Magnera Corporation seeks a Manufacturing Operations IT Services Manager to lead the systems and services enabling production across US and Canada. You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and site leadership to ensure reliable MES, ERP modules, QMS and shop floor automation, delivering IT services with high availability.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing IT, OT, or industrial systems environments.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and service delivery.
- Experience supporting manufacturing plants, production systems, and enterprise applications.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation and manufacturing technology projects.
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Systems Leadership: support MES, ERP modules, QMS, and shop floor automation.
- IT Service Delivery: lead IT support services for manufacturing facilities and incident management.
- OT & Infrastructure: ensure secure, reliable OT environments and integration with enterprise apps.
- Project & Program Management: lead tech projects from requirements to deployment and adoption.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: collaborate on security controls, DR planning, and audits.
- Data & Analytics: enable KPI dashboards, manufacturing performance analytics, and smart manufacturing initiatives.
- People Leadership: mentor a team across US and Canada, build partnerships with site leadership.
