Job summary

Procter & Gamble supports an opportunity to lead end-to-end IT and OT operations at a U.S. manufacturing site or distribution center, ensuring critical applications and plant infrastructure run efficiently and with resilience and compliance.

You will drive continuous improvement while building supply chain expertise and becoming the change agent for a 24x7, always-on, secure environment that relies on modern manufacturing and logistics tools.

Qualifications

• You are graduating in the Spring or Summer of 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Manufacturing IT experience and knowledge of manufacturing technology and systems operations.
• IT Operations experience in incident management, organizational change, and problem management.
• IT infrastructure knowledge in network operations or application management.
• Awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support P&G’s cybersecurity programs.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up style environment.
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Site Digital Technology Leader: Integrate P&G digital technologies into the site’s digital master plan, align investments with business priorities and deliver results across teams.
• Site Cyber Security Leader: Develop and execute the site security strategy, implement risk mitigation, and maintain a defense-in-depth security posture across ICS, network, endpoint, and applications.
