Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Cincinnati seeks a Senior IT/OT Infrastructure Engineer to support manufacturing digitalization, equipment connectivity and secure network upgrades in a regulated environment.

You will collaborate across Networking, Cybersecurity, IAM, Windows/Server, VMware, Storage/Backup and external vendors to onboard MERA networks and manage VxRail workloads. Strong troubleshooting across host, VM, network, storage and application layers with a focus on data integrity and GMP/GxP

Qualifications

• Experience in IT/OT infrastructure within manufacturing or laboratory environments.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Equipment Digitalization & Connectivity: connect and digitalize equipment, define connectivity requirements, support MERA onboarding, coordinate across teams, ensure secure and scalable connectivity.
• IT/OT Infrastructure Support: provide IT infrastructure support for manufacturing/lab projects, manage VxRail workloads, troubleshoot across servers, VMware, network, storage, and security layers.
• IT/OT Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: own end-to-end troubleshooting, apply structured methods, collect evidence, escalate with context, prepare RCA documents.
• Network, Firewall & Security Coordination: troubleshoot connectivity issues, apply knowledge of VLANs, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, and security controls.
