Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks an IT Manager to own and lead the company’s IT function in a growing San Leandro manufacturing operation.

You will be hands-on while building scalable IT processes, infrastructure, and governance, with a focus on ERP ownership, security, and vendor management. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Production, and Supply Chain to optimize workflows, reporting, and integrations as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience implementing ERP systems such as Plex, NetSuite, SAP or similar.
• Strong networking, hardware, cloud apps, and user administration skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the company IT function including infrastructure, systems, security, vendors, and planning.
• Administer ERP system, manage integrations, access, data, upgrades, and support requirements.
• Provide hands-on IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity across office and production environments.
• Manage IT assets, procurement, licensing, and vendor relationships; oversee external partners as needed.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, documentation, and controls to scale with growth.
