Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Manager, Manufacturing Systems to lead technology-enabled transformation for manufacturing, packaging, quality, supply chain and plant operations at our Monmouth Junction NJ site.

The role focuses on applying automation, data analytics, AI and agentic AI to improve efficiency, compliance and decision support in a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will drive AI use cases, platform design, and secure, auditable solutions aligned with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field with 7+ years' IT experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with multiple functions to identify AI, automation, analytics opportunities in manufacturing and related functions.
Lead discovery, design and implementation of AI transformation use cases including agentic AI, knowledge assistants and workflow automation.
Support building an agentic AI platform with data sources, integrations, security, governance and validation.
Ensure AI solutions align with cGMP, data integrity, cybersecurity, privacy and change control.
Support ERP integrations, shop-floor systems and data historians for manufacturing operations.
Provide user training and adoption practices for AI-enabled tools and ensure ongoing improvement.
