Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. in Monmouth Junction, NJ, is seeking an experienced IT Manager, Manufacturing Systems to lead technology-enabled transformation across manufacturing, packaging, quality, supply chain, engineering and plant operations.

The role focuses on applying automation, data, analytics, AI and agentic AI to improve efficiency, compliance, decision support and user productivity in a highly regulated environment; includes collaboration with IT and business functions and ensuring GxP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 7+ years in manufacturing IT.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, automation, analytics and AI-enabled solutions in regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI and analytics stack (Copilot, Power Platform, Azure) REQUIRED.
• Deep understanding of cGMP, data integrity, validation, change control and audit readiness.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security, governance and compliance in AI adoption (Entra ID, Purview, DLP).
• Ability to design and support Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate workflows, and AI assistants.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation use cases for manufacturing and related functions.
• Define data sources, integrations, governance for agentic AI platform.
• Ensure compliant, secure AI solutions aligned with GxP.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, data teams on secure manufacturing systems.
• Support ERP integrations, warehouse systems, MES, labeling, serialization.
• Provide training and post-go-live support; drive adoption and continuous improvement.
