Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Manager, Manufacturing Systems to lead technology-driven transformation across manufacturing operations at the Monmouth Junction site in New Jersey.

The role focuses on applying automation, data analytics, AI, and agentic AI to improve efficiency, compliance, and decision support in a highly regulated environment. You will partner with manufacturing and quality teams to drive scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years IT experience in regulated manufacturing environments or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of the Microsoft AI and analytics stack (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Fabric, Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI).
• Solid understanding of cGMP, data integrity, audit readiness, change control, testing and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft security, governance, and compliance capabilities (Entra ID, Purview, DLP, access controls).
• Ability to design and support Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate workflows, knowledge-based assistants, RAG solutions, with secure, auditable processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled transformation across manufacturing, packaging, quality, supply chain, engineering, and plant operations.
• Partner with multiple functions to identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.
• Define business use cases, data sources, system integrations, and governance for scalable AI solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with GxP, data integrity, cybersecurity, privacy, change control, and documentation requirements.
• Support ERP integrations, warehouse/inventory systems, labeling, MES, quality systems, and shop-floor apps.

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field
