Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. in Monmouth Junction, NJ, seeks an experienced IT Manager, Manufacturing Systems to lead technology-enabled transformation across manufacturing, packaging, quality, supply chain and plant operations, applying automation, data analytics and AI to improve efficiency and compliance.

The role partners with manufacturing leadership to design, implement and govern AI-enabled solutions with emphasis on data integrity, security, validation and change control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related technical field and minimum 7 years progressive IT experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong practical understanding of Microsoft AI and analytics stack in enterprise settings.
• Understanding of cGMP, data integrity, validation and change control in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled manufacturing system transformations across production, packaging, quality and plant operations.
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to identify AI, automation and analytics opportunities to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.
• Design, validate and govern AI-enabled tools, including agentic AI and knowledge-based assistants, with human-in-the-loop oversight.
