Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 4+ years of inverter testing experience.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Drive product quality improvements by identifying issues and implementing test systems in production.
• Troubleshoot inverter and power station testing issues.
• Improve productivity and quality through daily testing.
• Develop test plans and write procedures and reports.
• Ensure LOTO compliance and instrument calibration.
• Manage Customer FAT and testing metrics.
• Coordinate testing with engineering for improvements.
• Align test methods with IEC and UL standards.
