Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders into the job costing system.
• Monitor jobs for accuracy and process material issues, inventory transfers, and job closings.
• Prepare quotes for new and existing products, mold repairs, and maintain pricing records.
• Assist with customer shipments, shipping documentation, and customer communication.
• Collect, prepare, scan, and electronically file job-related documentation.
